How do I use the website & App player?

We have included a full guide on how to use the audio player and journals of both the web and App based players on our website at on the ‘How To’ page.

This includes annotated images of both audio players and journals.

How do I add a program to My Library?

To add programs to your Library from the MindStore Online Website please follow the guide below. If you are using our App and wish to add programs to use within our app please visit www.mindstoreonline.com and follow the steps below.

  1. To add programs to your Library first make sure that you are logged into your account on www.mindstoreonline.com. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Log In’ button at the top of each page.
  2. Go to the ‘Shop’ page and view the different MindStore Online programs that are currently available.
  3. To preview what a program is about click on the ‘preview now’ button where you will be given an overview of that product.
  4. If you want to purchase a program click on add to cart and when you are ready follow the check-out process.
  5. You will be sent a confirmation email of your purchase to your registered email address.
  6. You will now be able to access this program in your library on www.mindstoreonline.com and it will be synced with your MindStore Online account so you can now use it on our App.

How do the programs work?

Each module/day comes with a written overview before an audio section narrated by Jack Black. Each audio includes an introduction and where appropriate an explanation of how to use specific tools and techniques followed by a guided meditation, each module is concluded by completing it’s interactive journal.

Practising MindStore Online programs can: increase energy, provide deeper sleep, enhance creativity, improve relationships, lead to better decision making and problem solving, strengthen your immune system, help you focus, positive attitudes and inspire you to confidently strive towards better futures.

How can I listen to my programs without internet connection?

If you would like to listen to your MindStore Online Programs without an internet connection, you can do so on our free companion App.

When you are in the playlist of a program beside each module/day there is a download icon, if you click this icon you can download that module/day onto your phone or tablet device. You can download as many modules/days as you wish in advance of listening to them, however they can only be downloaded in groups of five at a time.

To delete a download from your device you can do so by clicking on the trash can icon at the top right of the screen in the audio player for the module/day you wish to delete.

Can I go back and listen to a module/day that I have already completed?

​Yes you can listen to a module/day as many times are you like once you have completed it. There is no expiry date on modules/days.

Why can I not play a module/day in my program playlist?

​It is an important part of the MindStore Online process that you complete modules/days in the correct chronological order.

Therefore a module/day will remain locked until you have listened to the previous module’s/day’s audio.

How do I listen to programs on the App?

When you open the MindStore Online App you can log in with your MindStore Online account in the ‘Log in’ page within the settings menu. When you do this the programs you have added to your account on the MindStore Online platform will be automatically available in your library in the companion app.

How do I delete a downloaded audio file from my mobile device?

To delete a downloaded audio file from an audio device please follow the process below:

· Enter the day/module you wish to delete from the playlist page.

· Go to the “Audio” page in the player.

· Click on the Trash Can button at the top right of the page.

· You will be prompted with the question “Delete file from your device?” confirm by clicking “OK”.

· The file will now be removed from your device.

The download of a day/module to my mobile device has failed, what do I do?

On rare occasions a download of an audio file onto your mobile device may fail due to an interruption in the internet connection. If this happens then please delete the audio fail that has failed to download completely and re-attempt to download the file.

To delete a downloaded audio file from an audio device please follow the process below:

· Enter the day/module you wish to delete from the playlist page.

· Go to the “Audio” page in the player

· Click on the Trash Can button at the top right of the page

· You will be prompted with the question “Delete file from your device?” confirm by clicking “OK”

· The file will now be removed from your device.

You may now re-attempt to download the audio file, please make sure you have a strong internet connection when you do so.

How do I register for MindStore Online?

How to register on the MindStore Online Website:

  • To create a MindStore Online account click on ‘Register Now’ at the top right corner of the page in a web browser.
  • Complete the form provided with accurate details and submit
  • You need to confirm your registration via email before you login
  • We will send a confirmation email to the email account you entered in the form. Please click the link in the email to complete the registration process
  • You can now access MindStore Online using your email address and password.

How to register from our App:

  • Click on the ‘Log In’ button in the settings menu.
  • You will be invited to enter your account details if you have already registered if not please follow the ‘New to MindStore Online? Register now’ link.
  • Complete the form provided with accurate details and submit.
  • You need to confirm your registration via email before you login.
  • We will send a confirmation email to the email account you entered in the form.
  • Please click the link in the email to complete the registration process.
  • You can now access MindStore Online using your email address and password.

How do I change my email address?

  1. Log-in to your account at the MindStore Online website
  2. Go to ‘My Account’ which is at the top right of each page.
  3. Enter the new email address you wish to associate with your MindStore Online account.
  4. Enter your password and click update account.

Please note that you cannot change your email address from within the App and you must visit the MindStore Online website.

How do I change my password?

  1. Log into your account at the MindStore Online website
  2. Go to ‘My Account’ which is at the top right of each page.
  3. In the form provided enter your current password and new password in the relevant boxes.
  4. Click update account to confirm the changes

Please note that you cannot change your password from within the App and you must visit the MindStore Online website.

How do I access my journal?

You can access your journal in the player of the module/day you are working on on both via our website and from within our App.

How to access on our web based player:

On our web based player:

1. On the web-based player, the journal questions are located below the image and guide for that module/day.

To complete a journal entry:

2. Click on the question you wish to complete

3. A text box will open up for you to type into

4. Remember to click ‘Save’ to save the journal entries you have completed.

Using our App:

1. To access the journal in our App please swipe to the left, or touch journal below the player to access the journal questions for that module/day.

2. To enter text for a particular journal question please click or tap on the question you wish to complete and begin typing your response.

3. Click ‘Save’ at the top right hand corner of the screen to save your entry.

Please note that in both web based and App audio players the journal questions will only open once you have listened to that module/day’s audio.

How do I save my journal entries?

• When using the journal on a web-based browser remember to click ‘Save’ to save your journal entries.
• When using the journal in our App, remember to click ‘Save’ in the top right hand corner of the page.

Are my journal entries safe & private?

Your journal entries are held securely on a secure server and you can access your journal entries through your MindStore Online account at any time. They are unique and private to you, and are not accessible by anyone else (including us!).

Why doesn't my credit card work?

Here at MindStore we use a third party payment provider, and do not store or verify your card details ourselves. If your card is declined, we are unable to process the transaction. Please try another credit card to make your purchase and if that does not work, please contact your card provider.

How do I view my purchase history?

  1. To view your purchase history click on the ‘My Account’ link at the top right of any page once you are logged in to www.mindstoreonline.com
  2. Your purchase history will be displayed below the ‘Purchase History’ link on that page.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password you can create a new one on the ‘Log in’ page either in the app or on the website.

To reset your password on the website:

  1. Click on ‘Log In’ at the top right of any page on the MindStore Online website.
  2. Click on the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link.
  3. You will be sent a link to your registered email address which will allow you to reset your password.
  4. Your new password will be confirmed by email then you can use it to log-in.

To reset your password in the App:

  1. Go into the settings menu and click the ‘Log In’ button.
  2. Click on the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link
  3. Enter the email address associated with your MindStore Online account and click ‘Submit’
  4. You will be sent a link to your registered email address which will allow you to reset your password.
  5. Your new password will be confirmed by email then you can use it to log-in.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

To unsubscribe from promotional or informative emails sent to your account from MindStore Online click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email we sent to you.

We will still hold your email address to send you information relating to purchases on your account.

How do I print my journal?

You can print your journal entries out whenever you access the audio player via a web browser. You will see a ‘print now’ button below each day’s journal section. Although you cannot print your journal notes from within our App, your journal entries are saved and can be accessed and printed via the website at any time.
