MindStore International limited will comply with applicable GDPR regulations as a data processor and data controller when they take effect on 25th may 2018. We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you.

What we collect

Information you may give to us:

·You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site/App or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register with our site/App, place an order on our site, and when you report a problem with our site/App. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.

·You may provide personal information in your journals which are part of the digital programs which we make available via our site and App. Your journal is accessible via your account and is password protected. The journals are held by us on our secure server, however, we cannot access these and such information is only accessible by you.

For the avoidance of doubt, we do not collect your payment details. These are collected by our payment provider, who shall use this information to take payment for any of our programs.
